The Tunetanken transport screws have been developed specifically to provide an efficient transportation of grain and ground materials such as flour, minerals, soya beans, rapeseed and beans. The transport auger can be used in both horizontal and inclined mode at an angle of up to 45°. The transport screw possesses a speed of 400 rpm. and a flanged pipe with a 3 to 12 meters length.
The transport screws are available with a pipe Ø102 mm., Ø127 mm., Ø152 mm., Ø205 mm, and Ø254 mm. The length of the transport pipe is dimensioned according to the customer’s needs and wishes.
The Tunetanken transport screws consist of composite material as well as galvanized and stainless steel.
There are different inlet and outlet types for the transport screw. The inlets and outlets are made of fiber-reinforced composite.
