Mineral Hoppers
Tunetanken Mineral Hoppers are used for transportation of minerals and powders, eg. in feed mixing systems and liquid feed tanks. Hoppers are available in different sizes and can be installed with different types of screw conveyors.
Tunetanken Mineral Hoppers are made in fiber-reinforced composite material, that is chemically resistant and doesn’t corrode, which i.a. secures that the hoppers have a prolonged life cycle, as mineral mixtures can be aggressive towards conventional materials such as steel.
Tunetanken Mineral Hoppers are constructed with regard to installation, operation, maintenance, life cycle and environment.
- Type A – for flexible screw conveyor. With or without agitator.
- Type B – for flexible screw conveyor, with traction motor. With or without agitator. With 1.1 or 1.5 KW engine.
- Type C – for flexible screw conveyor, with traction motor. With or without agitator. With 0.75 KW engine.
- Type D – for flexible screw conveyor and vertical outlet, with traction motor. With or without agitator. With 0.75 KW engine.
