Top Brackets, Revolving
Revolving Top Brackets are produced in polyethylene and are used with Finials in Plastic for flagpoles with an interior flag line.
The Revolving Top Brackets ensures that the finial is turning with the wind, so the flag line does not wrap around the flagpole. The Revolving Top Bracket also makes it easier to lower and raise the flag even when it is windy.
